…and keep you fit. A great fitness programme for the leisurely as well as the sportive guest, awaits you at our hotel.


ACCOMPANIED CYCLE  and HIKING TOURS

As well as our fitness coaches’ varied programme, you can discover our family farm, the “Jagahof” with your host, Jakob, or with Peter, our hiking guide. We also offer a number of cycle tours taking you out to our family farm or into the or into the romantic “Windautal”, easy walking tours “around the village”, to our family mountain pasture “Scheibenschlag” or up the mountains. It is all great fun!

 

OUR  NORDIC-WALKING COURSES
This relatively new sport has become very trendy! This kind of “brisk walking” is fully accepted as an excellent sport for training the whole body. Peter or Sabine invites you to join them on a nordic walking course for beginners. Here you learn the technique of complete body training and enjoy your first short hike. It is important to get into good habits from the start. Later it becomes more intensive with a challenging hikePole hire is free of charge from the hotel reception. 

 


WATER- AND RELAXATION GYMNASTICS

Many of our guests are early birds and like to meet for a little morning fitness exercise. Whether aqua- or relaxing gymnastics, back gymnastics or yoga, Qi Gong, Pilates or Tai Chi -  there is something for everyone!

 
HIKING TOURS
Especially for those who like to take it easy, we also have the perfect programme. Not only in the morning, but also during the day or early evening we offer short walks and cycle tours with Jakob or PeterA light mood and a little laughter are of upmost importance.
