Visitor’s tax: € 1,50 per person / per day (included in our stated prices) Deposit: After receiving the deposit of € 150,00 per person (winter only) the reservation is fixed. Cancellation: No charge will be made for cancellations made up 4 weeks prior to arrival. For short notice cancellations we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees. Types of payments: We accept cash, debit cards and all major credit cards or bank transfers which are free of charge, if payment is made before arrival. Packages: Our favorable package deals may only be booked in advance. Only one price advantage is bookable per stay. Arrival and departure: Check-in is from 3:pm onwards. Please advise us if you are likely arrive after 7pm. please, let us know. On the day of departure, please vacate rooms by 10am. All prices quoted on this website subject to change.
Travel cancellation insurance: With the Schermer-cancellation insurance, you can book without any worry for an additional charge of only € 2, 00 per person per day. Should you be unable to take your vacation, for whatever reason, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus the cancellation insurance immediately.
